Senior Salesforce Developer

Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and customization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions that align with business requirements while ensuring best practices and high performance.

Roles And Responsibilities:

Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura

Customize Salesforce applications including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and CPQ

Develop and maintain custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, reports, and dashboards

Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs

Participate in requirement analysis and translate business needs into technical solutions

Optimize Salesforce performance, security, and scalability

Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices

Support deployments using Change Sets, Salesforce DX, and CI/CD tools

Troubleshoot and resolve defects and production issues

Collaborate with administrators, business analysts, and stakeholders.

Required Experience and Skills:

Strong hands-on Salesforce development experience, including Apex, declarative automation (Flow), data modelling, security model, and deployment practices.

Proven experience delivering Salesforce integrations as a core part of your role, with hands-on API development and integration design.

Solid understanding of integration patterns, authentication approaches (OAuth/JWT), Named Credentials rate limits, and asynchronous processing on the Salesforce platform.

Experience designing solutions that are robust in production, with clear approaches to error handling Monitoring and support.

Clear communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Managing priorities independently and collaborating effectively with distributed teams.
