CoderzHunt is actively seeking a Senior Sales Representative to join its fast-growing team based in Johar Town, Lahore. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong passion for outbound B2B sales, particularly in the US market. The position involves working in rotational shifts (Monday to Friday) and offers excellent growth opportunities for driven individuals.

As a Senior Sales Representative, you will be responsible for engaging with potential business clients via outbound calls, emails, and proposals. Your main objective will be to understand client needs, offer tailored software solutions, and close deals effectively. A strong grasp of professional communication and CRM tools is essential, along with the ability to build lasting client relationships and meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound B2B sales calls, primarily targeting clients in the US market.

• Identify customer requirements and recommend the most suitable software solutions.

• Prepare and send professional proposals and follow-up sales emails.

• Build and nurture long-term client relationships based on trust and results.

• Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and satisfaction.

• Maintain detailed and organized records using CRM systems.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1.5 years of experience in B2B and outbound US sales.

• Excellent communication skills in English—both verbal and written.

• Strong skills in writing professional emails and proposals.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification required.

• Excellent interpersonal and persuasion skills.

• Willingness to work rotational shifts.
