We’re looking for a seasoned Senior Manager Sales & Marketing to lead growth for our UX/UI and enterprise product design services. This role demands a strategic professional with a strong background in IT and design services sales & marketing, capable of handling direct marketing, corporate outreach, PR, and closing high-value business deals.

Key Responsibilities

✅Lead B2B sales for UX/UI and enterprise product design projects.

✅Handle outbound marketing, lead generation, and client engagement.

✅Represent Dot2Shape in C level meetings, Sales pitches, and presentations.

✅Prepare proposals, pricing, and pitch decks tailored to client needs.

✅Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet revenue goals.

✅Align closely with design and delivery teams to ensure successful onboarding.

Requirements

✅4+ years in IT/design services sales (UX/UI or digital products preferred).

✅Strong client-facing, negotiation, and presentation skills.

✅Proven record in lead generation, proposal writing, and deal closures.

✅Strategic thinker with deep market understanding in the tech/design space.
