Measurement & Control Systems (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to lead our commercial growth and brand positioning. This role is ideal for professionals with strong experience in industrial automation, electrification, and engineering solutions, who can drive revenue, build strategic relationships, and strengthen market presence.

Key Responsibilities – Sales & Business Development

- Develop and execute annual sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets

- Identify and secure new business opportunities in power, oil & gas, industrial, and EPC sectors

- Lead the full sales cycle: lead generation → proposal → negotiation → closing

- Prepare technical & commercial proposals, tenders, and quotations

- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and technical presentations

Key Account Management

- Manage relationships with power plants, refineries, utilities, EPCs, and OEMs

- Ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and repeat business

- Coordinate with internal teams for project execution and after-sales support

Marketing & Brand Development

- Plan and execute marketing strategies aligned with business goals

- Oversee digital presence (LinkedIn, website, campaigns)

- Develop company profiles, brochures, case studies, and presentations

- Represent M&C at industry exhibitions, seminars, and events

Product & Market Intelligence

- Maintain strong knowledge of electrification, instrumentation, control systems, valves,    actuators, pumps, and skids

- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and pricing strategies

- Identify new product opportunities and market trends

Team Leadership

- Lead and mentor the Sales & Marketing team

- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams

- Ensure accurate CRM management and reporting

Requirements

- MBA (Marketing/Business Management) from a reputable institution

- Bachelor’s in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics preferred)

- 3–05 years of experience in industrial automation, instrumentation, or engineering solutions

- Experience working with EPC contractors, OEMs, and industrial clients

Key Skills

- Strong communication, presentation & negotiation skills

- Proven ability to drive sales growth and execute strategies

- Customer-focused with excellent relationship management

- Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office, and technical documentation

- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and independent
