Description:
We're looking for a Head of Sales to own the entire commercial story of Aurora and to build the team that delivers it. You won't inherit a tired sales floor; you'll stand one up from the ground, set its standards, and lead it through a landmark launch. You'll be selling a genuinely scarce, premium product into a market we're already warming for you with an overseas-first digital marketing engine so your team spends its energy closing qualified buyers, not cold-calling strangers.

What You'll Own
Lead and build the team — recruit, mentor and motivate a team of sales consultants into a disciplined, high-performing unit.
Drive the revenue strategy — design and execute the sales plan that takes Aurora from launch to sold-out, across local and overseas segments.
Own the high-value close — personally lead and negotiate multi-crore transactions with HNW investors, end-buyers and overseas clients.
Cultivate the network — build and deepen relationships with investors, brokers, channel partners and key stakeholders.
Convert the pipeline — turn the marketing engine's qualified, overseas-first leads into site visits, bookings and closings, with a relentless WhatsApp-fast follow-up culture.
Read the market — track trends, competitor moves and pricing to keep Aurora positioned as the premium choice.
Run a tight ship — accurate forecasting, pipeline reporting and performance analysis the leadership can trust.
Partner with marketing — feed campaign insight back, align messaging, and make every rupee of ad spend convert.
Protect the brand — ensure every buyer's journey feels as considered and premium as the residences themselves.
Who You Are
Must-have
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management or a related field.
10–15 years in real estate sales / business development / property marketing, with a clear record of leading teams and exceeding targets.
A proven closer of high-value transactions — you're comfortable in the room with serious investors.
Strong leadership, negotiation and communication skills; the gravitas to represent a premium brand.
Fluent command of CRM systems, sales reporting and MS Office.
