Senior Sales Executive

Description:

- Leverage your international sales expertise to engage with clients, focusing on graphic design, logo design, website design, development, WordPress, Shopify, and e-commerce-related website services.

- Effectively upsell and cross-sell our suite of graphic design and web services to meet clients' needs and exceed revenue targets.

- Proactively prospect leads through various channels, including but not limited to chats, calls, and social media queries.

- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the full sales life cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.

- Craft compelling sales emails and pitches tailored to the unique requirements of each client.

Required Skills

- 2-3 years of proven international sales experience, specifically in graphic design and web services.

- Proficient in dealing with native English-speaking B2B clients in regions such as the US, Canada, UK, and Australia.

- Must possess flawless telephone manners and excellent command over spoken and written English.

- Able to achieve set targets and deliverables per month and maximize revenue from existing clients.

- Excellent negotiation skills, and experience in objection-handling skills.
