Senior Sales Executive

Experts Communication is hiring a Senior Sales Executive – Front/Upsell (Design) for our international sales team.

We are looking for experienced sales professionals with a strong background in web, design, and development sales who can confidently handle front sales, client communication, upselling, and closing for the US market.

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries professionally

Promote the company’s web and design services

Conduct client calls and maintain timely follow-ups

Convert qualified leads into sales opportunities

Understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions

Manage sales pipelines and maintain strong client relationships

Identify upselling opportunities to maximize customer value

Collaborate with internal teams for smooth project coordination

Meet and exceed monthly sales targets

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in Front Sales

Experience in web/design/development sales preferred

Strong negotiation and closing skills

Excellent verbal and written English communication

Self-motivated and target-driven mindset

Ability to work night shifts

Strong time management and client handling skills
