Business Development Executive

 

Description:

We are seeking a results-oriented International Business Development Executive to expand our presence in the United States construction market. This role is designed for a sales professional with a strong understanding of the construction estimation lifecycle and experience in international client engagement.

The selected candidate will support back-office operations for a US-based construction services firm operating under the umbrella of RUSH Corporation. You will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and positioning our estimation and takeoff services as a strategic partner for contractors and developers across the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

Full Sales Cycle Management

Manage the complete sales process, including prospecting, lead qualification, proposal presentation, negotiation, closing, and ongoing account management.

New Business Development

Identify, approach, and onboard US-based contractors, subcontractors, and developers through structured outreach strategies.

Client Relationship Management

Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.

Revenue Growth

Drive revenue through new client acquisition, upselling services, and expanding existing accounts.

Consultative Selling

Utilize knowledge of construction bidding, takeoffs, and estimation workflows to provide tailored, solution-based recommendations.

Professional Communication

Engage US stakeholders via calls, emails, and virtual meetings to negotiate terms and finalize service agreements.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in international sales, construction estimation sales, or US-market BPO campaigns
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Strong understanding of construction bidding and estimation processes
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work night shifts aligned with US time zones
  • High level of professionalism, discipline, and accountability
