Zeta Mall & Apartments is actively seeking enthusiastic and result-driven Senior Sales Executives to become part of its fast-paced and expanding sales team in Islamabad. This is a prime opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales, client engagement, and driving revenue in the real estate and commercial property sector.

As a Senior Sales Executive, you will play a vital role in executing the organization’s sales strategy, generating leads, closing deals, and building long-term relationships with clients. You will be responsible for understanding client needs, showcasing available residential and commercial properties, and assisting buyers through the entire sales process from inquiry to closing.

This position requires proactive communication skills, a persuasive personality, and the drive to meet and exceed sales targets. The ideal candidate should be confident, goal-oriented, and committed to providing a superior customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell residential and commercial units within Zeta Mall & Apartments

• Generate and qualify leads through networking, marketing campaigns, and walk-in clients

• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and property tours to potential buyers

• Provide accurate information about pricing, project specifications, and payment plans

• Follow up with prospects, negotiate deals, and ensure timely closure of sales

• Maintain client records and provide after-sales support

• Collaborate with marketing and CRM teams to optimize customer engagement strategies

Key Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

• Prior sales experience preferred (real estate industry experience is highly advantageous)

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
