Cubix, a leading name in the software development and IT services sector, is looking for a Senior Sales Executive – Closer to join its dynamic sales team in Karachi. This role is ideal for a highly driven and results-oriented professional with a strong background in B2B sales and a proven ability to close deals in the software and tech industry.
The selected candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by managing the complete sales lifecycle—from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and deal closure. You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding client needs, and presenting tailored solutions that align with their business goals.
Candidates must possess a deep understanding of software development services including mobile and web applications, emerging technologies like AI, and industry best practices. Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills are essential, along with the ability to operate autonomously in a high-performance, target-driven environment.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in a closing sales role within the B2B software development or IT services industry.
Demonstrated expertise in client engagement and relationship management.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with a confident and persuasive demeanor.
Strong technical understanding of software development, including web, mobile, and AI technologies.
Ability to independently manage the full sales cycle and meet aggressive targets.
Proficient in identifying client needs and aligning them with business solutions.
Highly motivated, self-directed, and goal-focused with excellent organizational skills.
