At Learning Labs, we deliver impactful, face-to-face tutoring and after-school programmes across the UK. We're now looking for a Senior Sales Executive to join our dynamic team and drive growth by engaging with prospective clients and converting them into booked consultations at our physical branches.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound inquiries (calls, web forms, walk-ins) and book in-branch consultations or assessments.
- Run online meetings with parents to understand their needs and match them to our services.
- Pitch Learning Labs’ tutoring and after-school programmes in a structured, consultative, and compelling way.
- Build strong relationships with parents and act as a trusted advisor in their child’s educational journey.
- Collaborate with on-site branch managers to ensure a seamless handover from sales to service delivery.
Essential Skills and Experience
- Undergraduate degree (or higher) from a respected university in a major city
- Excellent verbal and written English communication
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Highly organised with strong time management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Willing to work UK (BST) hours to support international clients
- Reliable private internet connection
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in a similar role within a London or New York based sales and marketing or corporate environment is preferred (though not essential); and
- Foreign language skills are not essential but may be advantageous, as we work with international clients.
