Senior Sales Executive

 

Description:

NextScrum is looking for an experienced and driven Senior Sales Executive to play a key role in expanding our software sales within the US and UK markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B software sales, a deep understanding of the US/UK market dynamics, and the ability to build and maintain high-value relationships with key clients. You will be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, and ensuring that the sales process aligns with company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities in the US and UK markets.

  • Client Engagement: Engage with C-level executives, decision-makers, and stakeholders to promote software solutions.

  • Sales Presentations & Demos: Develop and deliver tailored sales presentations and product demos.

  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Negotiations: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close sales deals effectively.

  • Collaboration: Work with marketing and product teams to optimize sales strategies.

  • Sales Tracking: Track sales activities and manage the sales pipeline using CRM software.

  • Industry Awareness: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in B2B Software Sales: Proven experience in B2B software sales, particularly in the US and UK markets.

  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the software industry and its sales processes.

  • Communication & Presentation: Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Relationship Building: Ability to build rapport and influence key decision-makers at all levels.

  • Goal-Oriented: Goal-driven with a track record of consistently exceeding sales targets.

  • CRM Tools: Proficient in using CRM tools to track sales activities and manage the pipeline.

  • Teamwork & Independence: Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

  • Fluency in English: Fluency in English (both written and spoken).

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Shift Details:

  • Hours: 5 PM to 2 AM (PKT)

  • Location: Onsite position located in Lahore.
