Clipsal Pakistan (Pvt) Ltd, a leading company in the electrical and lighting industry, is urgently hiring a Senior Sales Engineer – LV Switchgear for its Projects Division based in Korangi Industrial Area, Karachi. This role offers a unique opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team focused on project-based market segments.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical sales, project handling, and proposal preparation, with experience liaising with consultants, contractors, and panel builders. This position demands excellent relationship-building skills, market insight, and a proactive approach to driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with industries, consultants, contractors, and panel builders to maximize business opportunities.

• Identify potential new clients and markets, and actively pursue new business leads.

• Prepare detailed, client-specific technical proposals and presentations that meet the precise requirements of projects.

• Generate leads, follow up persistently on sales opportunities, and manage the sales cycle effectively.

• Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving market conditions to maintain a competitive edge.

• Work closely with internal departments such as technical support, production, and project management to ensure client satisfaction and timely project execution.

• Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets contributing significantly to business expansion and profitability.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related technical field.

• 3 to 4 years of proven sales experience in the electrical industry, particularly in switchgear or related products.

• Demonstrated experience working collaboratively with panel builders, consultants, and contractors.

• Strong understanding of project market dynamics and client requirements.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
