We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Development (Cold Caller) with 4+ years of proven experience in sales and lead generation, preferably in the IT services industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential clients, pitching our IT services, and converting prospects into qualified leads.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound cold calls and handle inbound inquiries.
• Generate interest in IT services (software development, web development, staff augmentation).
• Qualify leads, gather client requirements, and schedule follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.
• Collaborate with the sales team to improve strategies.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in cold calling/lead generation.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Proven record of achieving/exceeding sales targets.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipeline management.
• IT services sales experience preferred.
