Senior Sales Consultant

Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated, disciplined Senior Sales Consultant with 5+ years of proven sales experience. You will be the first point of contact for incoming clients, understanding their needs, managing case records, and ensuring exceptional client service with timely follow-ups. This role requires integrity, empathy, strong organizational skills, and a results-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to inbound client inquiries via phone and WhatsApp.
• Listen actively, record client details accurately, and assess needs.
• Maintain up-to-date case records in CRM/Google Sheets.
• Provide timely client support and schedule follow-ups.
• Meet daily/weekly sales and activity targets.
• Uphold confidentiality and professional conduct at all times.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in consultancy, health, wellness, or FMCG sectors.
• Excellent listening and communication skills (70% listening / 30% questioning).
• Calm, polite, emotionally intelligent, and patient.
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and basic CRM tools.
• Honest, punctual, target-driven, and committed to confidentiality.
