📅 Working Days: Monday – Friday (Weekends Off)

At Way Tech Solutions, we’re scaling fast and looking for a results-driven Senior Sales Closer who knows how to turn leads into revenue and guide a team to success.

💼 What You’ll Do
Close high-ticket B2B digital marketing deals
Manage and lead a team of 5–6 sales agents
Drive lead generation strategies through your team
Track performance and report daily sales & leads to management
Conduct team meetings to improve closing ratios
Consistently hit (and exceed) monthly revenue targets

✅ What We’re Looking For
6–12 months+ experience as a Sales Closer (B2B preferred)
Strong background in digital marketing sales / cold calling
Proven ability to handle pressure and meet targets
Leadership skills to manage and motivate a sales team
Excellent communication & negotiation skills
Highly punctual and disciplined

💰 What We Offer

PKR 100K – 130K Basic Salary (based on experience)
