Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in performing surgeries and manage pre-operative and post-operative patient care under supervision.

• Conduct patient assessments, prepare surgical plans, and follow up on treatment outcomes.

• Supervise junior doctors and surgical residents to ensure quality clinical training.

• Maintain accurate documentation and patient records in accordance with PMDC regulations and hospital policies.

• Participate in departmental academic sessions, case discussions, and clinical audits.

• Collaborate with nursing and other medical staff to deliver comprehensive and coordinated patient care.

Requirements:

• FCPS (Surgery) or equivalent qualification with a valid PMDC registration.

• Minimum 1 year of post-specialization experience in a reputable hospital setting.
