ATechSquare is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Senior React.js Developer to join their expanding frontend team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for crafting responsive, user-centric web applications with a focus on performance, scalability, and best UI/UX practices.

In this role, you will design and implement high-quality user interfaces using React.js, complemented by Tailwind CSS for modern styling and responsiveness. You will work collaboratively with backend engineers to integrate APIs seamlessly, ensuring smooth data flow and a cohesive user experience. Working within an Agile development environment, you will participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and cross-team collaborations to deliver timely and high-impact features.

The position requires deep expertise in React.js and state management libraries like Redux, along with proficiency in modern frontend build tools such as Webpack and Babel. Experience with design systems and creating reusable UI components will be highly valued. Your code must follow clean architecture principles and be optimized for scalability and maintainability.

You will also manage version control using Git, participate in code reviews, and ensure best practices are followed in terms of code quality, security, and performance optimization.
