Senior Quantity Surveyor

Hi-Tech Constructors is a well organized and well known construction company based out of Karachi, Pakistan.

This position is for a highly experienced and talented Senior Quantity Surveyor. Good candidates should possess the following:

• BS or MS degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum of 10-15 years of experience working on different projects
• Proficient with using computers
• Ability to prepare main and sub contractor bills
• Project planning skills
• Ability to prepare steel bar bending schedules
• Proficient with AutoCad
• Skilled using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Well aware of extra items, escalation, etc.
• Skill in tendering work

This job will be at the Head Office and is NOT a remote opportunity.
