Position: Senior SQA Test Automation Engineer (On-Site Role)
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop robust automation test scripts to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products.
- Collaborate closely with the development and QA teams to integrate automation testing into the software development lifecycle.
- Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks and tools.
- Conduct comprehensive testing across platforms to ensure optimal functionality, performance, and user experience.
- Lead and mentor junior members of the QA team in automation testing best practices.
- Analyze test results and provide insightful reports to management.
Experience & Qualifications:
- 4-6 years of professional experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on automation testing.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong expertise in automation testing frameworks and tools.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Experience with Selenium, Cypress, or similar automation testing tools.
- Solid understanding of software development methodologies and QA processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
