BioTech Packages Pvt. Ltd., a well-established name in the printing & packaging industry, is looking for an experienced Senior QC / QA Manager to lead and strengthen quality systems across production.
Job Requirements
7+ years of proven experience in QA/QC within printing & packaging
Strong expertise in Offset Printing & Metallized (Metalize) Printing
In-depth knowledge of:
Print quality standards, inspections & testing methods
Color control, registration, ink density & defect analysis
Metallized substrate handling, ink adhesion & rub resistance
Ability to develop, implement & monitor SOPs and quality systems
Hands-on experience in production quality audits, root cause analysis & CAPA
Strong leadership skills to manage, train & guide QA/QC teams
Excellent reporting, documentation & interdepartmental coordination skills
Familiarity with customer quality requirements & compliance standards
