Mayfair Technology Partners (MTP) is expanding its team and looking for a Senior Python Engineer with hands-on expertise in LLMs (Large Language Models) and data extraction. The ideal candidate will play a key role in architecting AI-driven systems, mentoring engineers, and delivering scalable, production-grade solutions.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
- Design and develop scalable software systems integrating AI and LLM-based solutions
- Lead architecture initiatives and ensure high-quality, maintainable code
- Collaborate with product, data, and design teams to define and deliver technical roadmaps
- Build efficient data extraction pipelines and optimize model performance in production
- Evaluate and implement AI/ML frameworks, tools, and cloud-native technologies

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
- 5+ years of professional software development experience, including 2+ years in a senior or lead role
- Strong command of Python and related frameworks
- Proven experience with LLMs and integrating AI/ML models into production environments
- Experience in data extraction, transformation, and processing workflows
- Proficiency with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangChain)
- Hands-on experience with cloud and DevOps tools (AWS, Azure, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD)
- Solid understanding of distributed, scalable, and secure architectures
