Senior Python Developer

Pure Logics is looking for a Senior Python Developer with strong Odoo ERP experience to lead backend development and ERP customization. This role is perfect for someone who understands both technology and business processes and can work closely with functional consultants and clients.

🔹 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
Lead backend development using   Python & Odoo ERP
Develop and customize Odoo modules, workflows, and reports
Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
Own ERP integrations, data flows, and customizations
Identify gaps, risks, and performance or scalability concerns
Ensure clean, maintainable, and well-tested code

🔹 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 & 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲
6–10+ years of experience in Python development
Strong hands-on experience with Odoo ERP (custom modules & workflows)
Experience as a Senior Backend Developer / Lead Developer
Strong understanding of ERP systems & business processes
Comfortable working with client-facing functional consultants
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

⭐ 𝗡𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗛𝗮𝘃𝗲
Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or Microsoft Dynamics
Exposure to ERP data migration & system integrations
Experience working with US-based clients
