Senior Project Manager

Description:

This role will be responsible for creating and maintaining educational & training materials for our Products and PS offerings and delivering that training to our customers and partners. This role is responsible for building materials for new product launches, sales process updates, and sales tool updates among others. The ability to handle multiple projects successfully will be critical in this role.

Ideally, you have Instructional design, training facilitation, and/or training delivery experience and a portfolio of projects to demonstrate your design and development process.

What You’ll Do

• Design and development of curriculum, courses, and eLearning modules
• Facilitate & deliver customer-facing training sessions
• Designs learning activities and assessments
• Collaborates with subject matter experts to develop course content
• Conducts needs analysis for new projects
• Work with subject matter experts to identify the target audience’s training needs
• Manage projects throughout their lifecycle to ensure on-time & high-quality delivery
• Manage stakeholders and subject matter experts throughout the design and development process
• Decide criteria used to evaluate learner performance and develop assessment tools to measure
• Analyzes, updates, and refines existing content
• Support instructional design team members through design jams and project reviews
