Senior Project Manager

Description:

• Work closely cross-functional teams to ensure that project goals are moving in the right direction and with collaborate with clients to achieve their project goals.

• Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.

• Managing projects, managing products, developing project plans, and monitoring performance.

• Updating, implementing and maintaining procedures.

• Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.

• Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.

• Think strategically and seek data-driven truths about users and the product.

• Excel at tackling complex business process problems and conceptualizing solutions where there currently is either no software or bad software.

• Enjoy working with others to determine the minimum viable requirements for a feature.

• Validate assumptions by gathering qualitative and quantitative data.

• Define configuration specifications and project requirements.

• Convert the requirements into functional requirements.

• Help design, document and maintain system processes.

• Evaluate, analyze, and communicate systems requirements on a continuing basis, and maintain systems processes.

• Develop meaningful and lasting relationships with partners for optimized systems integration, and respond to questions and concerns from managers and executives with supporting research and recommendations.

• Adeptly manage and balance multiple projects with competing priorities.
