🚀 We're Hiring: Senior Project Manager | Lahore (On-site)

Are you an experienced Senior Project Manager who can lead teams, manage multiple clients, and keep projects running smoothly from start to finish? LVLS Agency is looking for a highly organized, proactive leader to become the operational backbone of our growing agency.

📍 Location: Kickstart Coworking, MM Alam Road, Gulberg III, Lahore
🕔 Working Hours: 5:00 PM – 3:00 AM (1-hour break)
💰 Salary: Upto 250,000/month

What You'll Do:
✅ Lead day-to-day agency operations and project execution
✅ Coordinate between clients, leadership, and delivery teams
✅ Allocate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure deadlines are met
✅ Manage client communication and proactively resolve issues
✅ Maintain project workflows using ClickUp, Slack, and similar tools
✅ Improve internal processes and ensure high-quality delivery across all accounts

We're Looking For:
✔ 4+ years of Project Management experience (agency experience preferred)
✔ Proven ability to manage multiple clients and cross-functional teams
✔ Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
✔ High ownership, accountability, and attention to detail
✔ Experience with ClickUp, Slack, Gmail, or similar project management tools
✔ Comfortable working US client hours
