Senior Program Coordinator

Habib University is actively looking to hire a Senior Program Coordinator, Global Engagement.

The Senior Program Coordinator will be responsible for managing the programming, administration, and related activities of the office of Global Engagement. They would be the contact person to liaise with students and guide them regarding various internal and external exchange programs opportunities. In addition, the incumbent will also be involved in strategizing and implementing the Habib University’s global visiting faculty/ scholars' program which is led by the Office of Academic Operations.

Other major job responsibilities include:

Under the supervision of senior team members, schedule, organize, monitor, manage, and evaluate all internal and external study abroad programs.

Counsel students regarding the global programs and opportunities, in accordance with the institutional policies.

Assist Director Academic operations in strategizing, planning and executing global visiting scholars’ programs.

Manage a database of potential global scholars of repute, both from partner institutions and the academia in general.

Manage the recruitment, pre-onboarding and on-boarding process for the visiting scholars.
