Senior Product Manager

Telerelation is seeking a passionate and driven Senior Product Manager to lead Poncho.pk, one of Pakistan’s fastest-growing sports-tech platforms. Poncho.pk makes it easier for people to discover, book, and play padel, futsal, cricket, and other sports across top facilities. Beyond bookings, Poncho.pk is building Pakistan’s largest social network for players, enabling them to connect, play more, and enjoy sports as part of their lifestyle. As Product Manager, you will define and scale Poncho’s product ecosystem, working at the intersection of mobile UX, sports booking, consumer social, and SaaS for facilities. This is a high-ownership role where you will help shape the future of sports in Pakistan.

Key Responsibilities

● Build & Own the Product Roadmap: Define product strategy, prioritize features, and translate vision into actionable sprints.

● Understand Players & Facilities: Conduct user research with players, club managers, and trainers to identify pain points.

● Lead Product Development Cycles: Write user stories, manage sprints, and launch features in 4–6 week cycles.

● Drive Adoption & Engagement: Track metrics (retention, DAUs, bookings), run A/B tests, and optimize UX funnels.

● Improve SaaS for Facilities: Enhance dashboards, occupancy tools, and workflows to help venues run smarter.

● Build Community Features: Enable player profiles, badges, leagues, tournaments, memberships, and loyalty rewards.

● Ensure High-Quality Execution: Own QA processes, monitor feedback, and continuously improve product stability.

Required Skills & Qualifications

● 3–5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in mobile apps, SaaS, or consumer technology.

● Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and optimization funnels.

● Proficiency with analytics tools (GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc.).

● Excellent documentation skills (user stories, functional specs, acceptance criteria).

● Experience in agile environments.

● Sports enthusiast mindset (padel, cricket, football, badminton, etc.).

● Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.

● Highly organized, collaborative, and comfortable in fast-paced startup environments.
