Description:
TeReSol Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly experienced and self-driven Senior Printed Circuit Board Designer to lead and support the development of complex, multilayer PCB designs for embedded systems and industrial-grade hardware solutions.
The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in PCB design, system-level integration, and design optimization, with a strong understanding of industry standards and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of high-speed, multilayer PCB layouts for embedded, analog, and digital systems
- Oversee schematic creation, layout reviews, and BOM generation using tools such as Altium Designer, OrCAD, or similar platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (firmware, mechanical, testing) on system-level hardware architecture
- Perform advanced signal integrity, thermal, and power integrity analysis
- Lead hardware prototyping, bring-up, and debugging in lab environments
- Coordinate with PCB fabricators and assembly vendors to ensure DFM and DFT compliance
- Maintain hardware documentation, version control, and project timelines
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to continuous process improvement
Required Skills & Expertise
- Proficiency in PCB design tools (Altium Designer, OrCAD, KiCad, etc.)
- Extensive experience in multilayer board design, including impedance control and high-speed routing
- Strong foundation in analog/digital circuit design, power electronics, and signal processing
- Solid understanding of EMI/EMC standards and mitigation techniques
- Familiarity with microcontrollers, embedded systems, and SoCs
- Experience with communication protocols (SPI, UART, I2C, CAN, Ethernet)
- Skilled in using lab instruments (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, power supplies, etc.)
- Strong project management, documentation, and interpersonal skills
