Senior Presales Engineer

Description:

It’s a Mid-level position in PreSales IT Department *Senior PreSales Engineer*, reporting to Manager Pre-sales.

Key Requirements:
• You possess a Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• You have prior experience within presales, 3-5 years
• You possess strong problem-solving and prioritization skills
• You have strong presentation and Project Management skills
• You have good interpersonal and communication skills and are adept at working with multiple stakeholders

Responsibilities
• Identify customers’ needs through developing solutions and organizing, and planning.
• Working closely with Sales to ensure successful closure of the sales process.
• Managing the sales bid process by responding to RFI’s, RFQ’s and RFP’s
• Keep up to date on product knowledge technically and commercially
• Ability to prepare technical reports
• Ability to define technical requirements
• Presales technical certifications and knowledge required
• Strong technical knowledge of IT Hardware, Servers, Storage, Security, Network Equipment, Backup Solutions, OEMs like IBM, Dell, HP, Cloud Solutions (AWS, Azure), Virtualization, and Technologies
• Customer-centric with the ability to develop a solution matching business goals and technical constraints
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Strong work ethics, positive attitude, and work as a team
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to participate and influence technical discussions and Liaising with Product Managers to provide feedback from clients about product requirements
• Exposure to the Global ICT market most preferably USA, Europe, etc.
