The Role:

We are seeking a results-driven Senior PPC Specialist to own and execute our paid lead generation strategy. You will be responsible for managing our Google Ads campaigns with a sole focus on driving high-quality, conversion-ready leads and sales for our US market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns (Google Search, Shopping, Performance Max).
• Conduct keyword research, write compelling ad copy, and perform rigorous A/B testing.
• Analyze performance data to maximize ROAS and minimize CPA.
• Implement and monitor conversion tracking using GA4.
• Report on campaign performance and provide data-backed insights.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads for e-commerce.
• Proven expertise in lead generation and conversion optimization.
• Expert in Google Ads, GA4, and Google Merchant Center.
• Data-obsessed with strong analytical skills in Excel/Sheets.
• Excellent communication skills.
