The Role
As a Senior Developer, you will be the bridge between raw data and strategic decision-making. You’ll design, implement, and maintain high-performance BI solutions that empower our organization.

What You’ll Do:
Design & Develop: Build advanced Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
Data Modeling: Architect robust data models and optimize SQL queries for large-scale datasets.
Collaborate: Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specs.
Optimize: Tune existing reports for maximum performance and usability.
Empower: Conduct training sessions to promote data literacy and BI best practices across the team.

What We’re Looking For:
🎓 Education: Degree in CS, IT, or a related field.
⏳ Experience: 6+ years in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
🛠️ Tech Stack: Proficiency in MS SQL Server, SSRS, T-SQL, Power Query, DAX, and MDX.
🔐 Security: Solid understanding of Power BI application security (RLS).
📢 Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to navigate stakeholder needs.

💰 Salary: PKR 250,000 – 300,000 per month.
