Description:
Botmer International is hiring a highly skilled Senior Laravel Developer with strong expertise in backend architecture, REST APIs, and scalable backend systems. This role requires independence, ownership, and production-level experience.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6+ years of professional Laravel development experience
- Strong command of PHP 8+ and Laravel (9/10)
- Expertise in building REST APIs and backend services
- Strong understanding of database design, MySQL/PostgreSQL, indexing & optimization
- Experience with queues, caching (Redis), jobs, and microservices
- Solid understanding of security practices, rate limiting, and error handling
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment workflows
- Ability to write clean, scalable, and well-structured code
- Strong analytical, architectural, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines
Responsibilities:
- Lead backend development using Laravel
- Design scalable backend architecture and database schemas
- Build and maintain REST APIs
- Optimize performance, caching layers, and background jobs
