Senior Php Laravel Developer

 

Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior PHP Laravel Developer to join our engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and building robust backend systems, architecting scalable APIs, and handling complex business logic that powers mission-critical applications.

 

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, contribute to technical decision-making, and play a key role in maintaining high standards of code quality, performance, and security.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

 • Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using Laravel

 • Architect and optimize databases using MySQL and PostgreSQL (schema design, indexing, query optimization)

 • Develop and manage complex business logic, background jobs, and queue-based systems

 • Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, and external services

 • Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms following best practices

 • Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers

 • Collaborate with frontend developers and product teams in an agile environment

 • Ensure high code quality, performance optimization, and proper documentation

 • Participate in system design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions

 

𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 & 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀

 • Strong expertise in Laravel, PHP (OOP), MVC architecture, and modern PHP standards

 • Solid production experience with MySQL/PostgreSQL (complex queries, performance tuning)

 • Proven experience building secure, scalable, and high-performance RESTful APIs

 • Hands-on experience with Laravel queues, jobs, schedulers, and caching mechanisms

 • Strong understanding of authentication and authorization (Sanctum, Passport, JWT, RBAC)

 • Experience with API integrations, webhooks, and data synchronization

 • Proficiency with Git and modern development workflows

 • Strong understanding of application security, scalability, and performance optimization

 • Must be fluent in English communication (both written and verbal)

 • Experience with Livewire, Inertia.js, or frontend frameworks (Vue.js / React)

 • Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, DigitalOcean)

 • Experience with Redis, queues, and background workers

 • Familiarity with testing frameworks (PHPUnit, Pest)

 • Experience working in agile teams and mentoring developers
