Description:
Tilco Trading is looking for a skilled Amazon Product Photographer, Creative Designer and eCommerce Content Specialist to create high-impact visuals for Amazon listings and brand storefronts. This role blends studio product photography, Amazon content design, A+ Content, infographics, lifestyle composites, and brand visuals that drive CTR, conversions and ranking.
Key Responsibilities
- Shoot studio product photography (white background) and lifestyle images
- Design Amazon infographics, A+ Content, comparison charts and brand store banners
- Retouch, color-correct and optimize images for Amazon SEO, CTR and conversion
- Maintain brand consistency using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini) to support ideation, layouts and productivity
- Build mood boards, shot lists and creative plans for each SKU
- Apply advanced lighting techniques (softbox, reflectors, diffusers)
- Review listing CTR/CVR metrics to refine creative strategy
- Produce eCommerce-ready visuals for global marketplaces (US, UK, EU, CA, JP)
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5–7 years of experience in eCommerce product photography, Amazon creatives and digital design
- Portfolio showcasing 100+ Amazon-ready images including A+ modules, infographics, lifestyle composites and premium listing creatives
- Expert in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Lightroom
- Strong studio and lifestyle photography experience with full access to a professional studio setup (camera, lenses, lighting, backdrops)
- Advanced skills in photo retouching, color correction and Amazon image optimization
- Understanding of Amazon Seller Central, listing content structure, image guidelines and marketplace requirements
- Ability to plan and execute creative concepts, shot lists, mood boards and visual strategies
- Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Midjourney prompts, etc.) for ideation and workflow efficiency
- Knowledge of UX principles for conversion-focused Amazon visuals
- Experience creating simple short-form videos or motion graphics (nice to have)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a global, fully remote environment
