We’re an offshore accounting firm that supports U.S.-based small businesses, CPA firms, and property managers. Our clients rely on us to keep their books clean, their numbers clear, and their operations running smoothly. Now we’re ready to scale.
We’re hiring a Senior Performance Marketing Manager who can turn data into growth, someone who knows how to bring in quality B2B leads from the U.S. through paid and organic campaigns that actually convert.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Build and manage digital campaigns targeting U.S. businesses (Google Ads, - LinkedIn, Meta , whatever works best).
- Develop landing pages and funnels that clearly show value to business
owners and CPA firms.
- Track cost per lead, conversion rates, and ROI across all channels and
improve them every month.
- Plan budgets, run tests, and scale what works.
- Work with leadership and outreach teams to align marketing with actual
sales capacity.
- Set up basic analytics and reporting dashboards (Google Analytics, Ads
Manager, etc.).
- Create performance reports that make sense, not 20 slides of metrics, but
clear results.

What We’re Looking For:
- 4–6 years of experience in performance marketing or demand generation
for B2B or U.S.-based clients.
- Proven record of driving leads (not just traffic) through paid search and
LinkedIn campaigns.
- Strong understanding of conversion tracking, ad testing, and audience
targeting.
- Experience with tools like Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and
Google Analytics.
- Comfortable working with modest but growing budgets , you know how to
stretch a dollar without killing quality.
- Confident communicator who can explain numbers in plain language.
- Bonus if you’ve worked in accounting, SaaS, or professional services.
