This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior AI Performance Marketer, located in Karachi Division. The Senior AI Performance Marketer will be responsible for designing and managing advanced performance marketing strategies that leverage artificial intelligence to optimize digital campaigns. Responsibilities include implementing AI tools for targeted advertising, analyzing campaign performance data, identifying actionable insights, and ensuring maximum ROI for various clients. Collaboration with creative teams, developers, and data analysts will be key to delivering measurable results and continued campaign improvement.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in AI-driven tools and technologies for digital and performance marketing strategies.
• Proficiency in campaign analytics, data interpretation, and using insights to optimize performance.
• Experience with social media advertising, search engine marketing (SEM), and programmatic ad platforms.
• Skills in marketing strategy, digital transformation, and audience targeting.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
