A well-established financial institution is inviting applications from qualified professionals for the position of Senior Officer – Fraud Monitoring, based at its Fraud Monitoring Unit in Karachi.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage the MIS related to potential fraud cases across digital financial platforms.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive MIS reports using advanced Excel functionalities.
• Design interactive dashboards and conduct detailed data analysis using Pivot Tables, Power Pivot, and Power Query.
• Support fraud detection initiatives by identifying trends and presenting actionable insights through data-driven, visually engaging reports.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in fraud monitoring or investigation.
• In-depth knowledge of Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, Debit/Credit Cards, and Consumer Finance products.
• Proficiency in MIS reporting, data analysis, and presentation tools (Excel and PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with fraud monitoring tools and systems.
• Strong analytical thinking and effective communication skills.
