Description:

•Individual is responsible to take care of referral business model that includes but not limited to; keep track of induction, separation & transfers of BSR.

•Prepare BSR commission and disburse payments.

•Prepare BSR performance management report on monthly basis for all referral banks and to highlight low performers.

•Produce marketing text for new products and to incorporate any changes directed by SECP in marketing brochures.

•Open and maintain sales codes for new hires, including setting up commission structures to ensure accurate tracking of sales activity.

•Maintain the sales hierarchy setup for all Bancassurance channels/banks, ensuring that employee positions and levels are accurate and up-to-date.

•Provide regular reporting and analysis of referral model performance to senior management.

•Individual is responsible to circulate daily tracker of Banca untrained staff and keep record of training and their certification.
