PLC Global is looking for a responsible, hands-on Senior Odoo Developer with the technical expertise and leadership potential to manage a growing development team in the future.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and customize Odoo modules
* Handle APIs and third-party integrations
* Troubleshoot and maintain existing implementations
* Take ownership of projects from development to delivery
* Review code and maintain technical standards
* Mentor and eventually manage other Odoo developers

Required Experience

4+ years of hands-on Odoo development
Strong skills in Python, PostgreSQL, XML, JavaScript, and GitHub
Experience with Manufacturing, Inventory, Purchase, Quality, and Accounting
Familiarity with multi-warehouse and intercompany workflows
Experience with Shopify, Amazon, EDI, APIs, or QuickBooks migration is preferred
Strong communication, accountability, and leadership potential
