Senior Network Engineer

Description:

HR Ways is hiring on behalf of a leading credit bureau licensed by the State Bank of Pakistan. The organization is looking for an experienced Senior Network Engineer to oversee and optimize its network operations, ensuring seamless connectivity, security, and performance across its systems.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Manage and maintain WAN and LAN networks to ensure stable connectivity across the organization.
✅ Configure and monitor firewalls, VPNs, and network security systems to protect against internal and external threats.
✅ Continuously optimize network performance through performance tuning and proactive monitoring.
✅ Implement and maintain SD-WAN and VLAN solutions to enhance network segmentation and performance.
✅ Work closely with IT and security teams to ensure compliance with State Bank regulations and internal policies.
✅ Conduct periodic network audits and recommend improvements.

Requirements:

✔ 5+ years of experience in network management, preferably within the IT or Financial Sector.
✔ Hands-on expertise with Fortinet, Cisco, D-Link, Aruba, and Huawei network equipment.
✔ Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills to resolve network issues efficiently.
✔ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
✔ Strong knowledge of network security protocols and best practices.
