Senior Mern Stack Developer

Description:

Alpha Hive AI is seeking an experienced and passionate Senior MERN Stack Developer to join their growing team. The role involves developing and maintaining full-stack web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. You will also design and implement RESTful APIs, integrate third-party services, write clean and scalable code, and work closely with UI/UX designers and project managers.

You will mentor junior developers, contribute to code reviews, and ensure application performance and security.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.

• Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.

• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code with performance and security in mind.

• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, project managers, and developers to deliver quality products on time.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.

• Mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews and best practices.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with the MERN stack.

• Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end development.

• Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Context API) and React hooks.

• Familiarity with MongoDB schema design, aggregation pipelines, and performance tuning.

• Knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment on cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Vercel, Heroku).

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and team-oriented attitude.
