Key Responsibilities:

1. Media Strategy & Planning: Develop, oversee, and execute media plans that align with company objectives and client requirements.

2. Media Buying: Lead the media buying process, ensuring optimized media placements, negotiating favorable terms, and maximizing ROI.

3. Data Analysis & Reporting: Regularly analyze campaign performances, provide insights, and recommend actionable improvements.

4. Team Leadership: Guide and mentor junior media buyers, fostering an environment of continuous learning and quality assurance.

5. Tool Proficiency: Demonstrate advanced expertise with media buying tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other industry-leading platforms.

6. Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure our strategies are always ahead of the curve.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years experience in media buying, preferably in a senior or leadership role.

- Strong analytical skills to evaluate media buying effectiveness and ROI.

- Proficient in using media buying and planning tools like Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager.

- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
