🚀 Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and scale Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns for international clients
- Manage budgets efficiently and achieve strong ROAS and CPA goals
- Create and test ad creatives in collaboration with the design and copy team
- Set up, optimize, and track complete funnels inside GoHighLevel (GHL)
- Build automations, workflows, and lead nurturing systems inside GHL
- Implement AI-driven ad testing, audience segmentation, and automation tools
- Analyze campaign data, generate reports, and suggest actionable improvements
✨ Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in performance marketing (Meta + Google Ads)
- Strong command of GoHighLevel CRM (sub-account management, pipelines, automations, workflows, triggers)
- Understanding of funnels, remarketing, and conversion optimization
- Hands-on experience using AI tools for creative generation or ad optimization (a plus)
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on performance and scalability
