Senior Marketplace Manager

Description:

We are hiring a Senior Marketplace Manager for our Lahore office to lead private label growth across Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, and related e-commerce channels.

This is a senior ownership role, not a VA position. We need someone with demonstrable experience managing marketplace brands, launching products, improving profitability, and scaling revenue.

Responsibilities:

Own Amazon private label operations end-to-end.

Research, validate, and recommend new product opportunities.

Manage product launches, listing optimization, PPC, keyword ranking, and conversion improvement.

Monitor ACOS, TACOS, CVR, sessions, sales, inventory, refunds, and contribution margin.

Manage account health, listing suppressions, catalog issues, reviews, and marketplace compliance.

Support Walmart Marketplace and TikTok Shop growth.

Coordinate with suppliers, designers, content teams, logistics, and leadership.

Prepare weekly performance reports with clear action plans.

Requirements:

4+ years of Amazon marketplace/private label experience.

Proven track record managing or launching private label products.

Strong Amazon Seller Central experience.

Strong PPC experience is required.

Experience with Helium 10, Keepa, Jungle Scout, Data Dive, Sellerboard, or similar tools.

Strong understanding of landed cost, FBA fees, inventory, contribution margin, ACOS, TACOS, and keyword ranking.

Walmart and TikTok Shop experience is a strong plus.

Must be able to work on-site in Lahore.

Must provide case studies, reports, or dashboards showing previous work.
