As a Senior Manual QA Engineer, you will play a critical role in validating the quality, functionality, and performance of cutting-edge software applications that power businesses around the world. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute detailed test plans and test cases for various platforms and modules.

• Conduct manual testing of web and mobile applications, including functional, database, API, and non-functional testing.

• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product managers in Agile teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage and quality outcomes.

• Perform bug tracking, defect reporting, and root cause analysis to maintain system stability and reliability.

• Participate in daily scrums, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings to ensure quality is embedded throughout the development lifecycle.

• Propose and implement improvements to QA processes, documentation, and workflows.

• Support and mentor junior QA team members, sharing best practices and technical guidance.
