Senior Manager Workshop

Daewoo Pakistan Express Bus Service Ltd DPEBSL is looking for Senior Manager Workshop
Experience: Min 08 to 10 Years
Qualification: BSC Mechanical Engineering or Above with expertise in Hybrid technology

RESPONSIBILITIES:

✓ Control and organize the planned daily preventative/corrective maintenance of the fleet and related equipment to maximize availability, economic life and ensure safety of the fleet

✓ Oversee all repairs in the workshop and all emergencies on route to ensure conformity to manufacture's specifications and standard repair times thereby resulting no penalties

✓ Co-ordinate resources, (operational and human) schedules and activities to effectively manage jobs

✓ Act as a technical adviser for critical maintenance jobs and supervise all workshop activities for optimum performance of workforce

✓ Plan and adjust the workload of department personnel to match their skills and abilities

✓ To liaise with the supply chain department to ensure availability of parts to minimize delays with vehicle repairs

✓ Promote professional attitude and health and safety culture within the workshop

✓ Provide feedback of staff that are not performing to the expected level and ensure that they are included in performance improvement plan

✓ Communicate with external repair agencies and manage special repair jobs to be done by external sources
