Yunus Textile Mills is looking for Senior Manager Planning

Experience: 10 to 12 years

Qualification: Min Graduate (Preferably in Textile or Industrial Engineering)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Business Analysis (Customer. Product, Lead time, Cycle time. Seasonality Fluctuation). Capacity Analysis (Home/Unit, SAM, Machines) as per demand.

• Risk Assessment (Past due current and next 3 weeks business) to make rock free production plan.

• Asset utilization at optimum level.

• Production Plan review with team (Demand Planner, Production Planner, GMs and COO).

• Plan monitoring with team to make sure planned productivity and OTIF. OTIF Analysis by looking into Paretos for Non-OTIF factors and its improvement.

• Shortfall Analysis, doing KAIZEN for reduction of shortfalls and to link all broken processes.
