Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lahore for a Senior Manager Consumer Engagement. Key responsibilities are as follows:
- Develop & execute consumer engagement strategies aligned with brand & business goals.
- Plan & deliver effective activation cycles with measurable outcomes.
- Lead, coach & motivate consumer engagement teams across the region.
- Manage third-party agencies ensuring compliance & quality execution.
- Build strong outlet & stakeholder partnerships to support engagement initiatives.
- Champion new brand launches & premium consumer programs.
- Track activities, analyze data & generate actionable insights for leadership.
- Drive a performance-focused culture through clear KPIs & continuous development.
Required Education & Skills
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
- 8-10 years of relevant experience preferably in tobacco.
