The Marketing Automation team sits at the centre of marketing execution, partnering with marketers, operations, technology, data, compliance, and leadership teams to drive business growth through automation and operational excellence. The team is highly collaborative, data-driven, and focused on continuous improvement, combining technical expertise with strategic thinking to deliver scalable, efficient, and compliant marketing programs across a global organisation.

Responsibilities And Impact
 

  • Lead Marketing Automation transformation by driving process optimization, scalability improvements, and delivery excellence across global marketing operations
  • Establish robust governance frameworks in partnership with compliance, legal, and data privacy teams to ensure all marketing automation processes meet regulatory standards
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including marketing, technology, and enterprise divisions to shape automation innovation roadmaps and drive best practice adoption
  • Manage and develop a high-performing team of Marketing Automation specialists while building scalable capability models for future organizational growth
  • Champion AI-enabled automation practices by identifying practical use cases, driving responsible adoption, and translating innovations into measurable business value
  • Optimize stakeholder experience through improved delivery efficiency, enhanced quality controls, and strategic reporting on marketing automation performance and capacity
     

What We're Looking For

Basic Required Qualifications:
 

  • Relevant educational background in Marketing, Business, Technology, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Extensive experience leading Marketing Automation teams in complex organizational environments
  • Deep expertise in Marketo (certification accreditation required)
  • Ability to work EMEA hours to collaborate effectively with global stakeholders
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strong cross-functional leadership across global teams
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with ability to operate effectively in fast-paced and agile environments.
     

Additional Preferred Qualifications
 

  • Experience leading Marketing Automation transformation, operational change, or process improvement programs across complex stakeholder groups
  • Strong AI and automation capability, with ability to identify practical use cases, drive responsible adoption, improve productivity, and translate into measurable operational value
  • Experience embedding governance frameworks and control mechanisms in partnership with Compliance, Legal, Risk, and Data Privacy teams
